How do I download my PDF?
Open your report from the dashboard, complete each area, sign at the end, and click Generate PDF. After payment, the download starts immediately and your PDF stays available from your dashboard.
Can I edit my report after generating the PDF?
Yes. You can keep editing and re-generate a new PDF at no extra charge for that report.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the PDF is delivered instantly, all sales are final once it's been generated. If something went wrong with your purchase, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email info@themoveinchecklist.com with "Delete my account" — we'll confirm and permanently remove your reports within a few business days.
